Pricing

Most boarding kennels will have a range of prices, depending upon the size or breed of the dog, the type of kennel, the duration of stay, whether it is a busy period, or some other variation on the theme.

At The Lakes Boarding Kennels, we charge a flat rate of $40 per dog, per calendar day.

We do NOT charge extra for:

• Bedding
• Feeding your dog
• Giving medication to your dog
• Play times
• Socialising with other dogs
• Cuddles
• Posting photos & videos to our Facebook and Instagram pages
• Replying to requests for welfare updates

About the only things that we DO charge extra for are baths and walks.

Baths

• Short coated dogs ... $35
• Long coated dogs ... $45

Baths are subject to availabilty. In general, we are more able to provide bathing services for dogs being picked up between 3pm and 6pm. We do ask that customers pre-book baths, and provide a clear indication of the time that they will be arriving to pickup their dogs. We also ask that customers do NOT pay in advance for a bath. This should be paid on pickup.

Walks

• 15 minutes ... $20
• 30 minutes ... $30

Walks are subject to availabilty and weather conditions. We also ask that customers do NOT pay in advance for walks. This should be paid on pickup.
